The individual or corporate entity purchasing training, courses, or consulting services electronically through the www.thezem.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”). The name, surname/title, contact, and billing information provided by the BUYER during the order process shall be taken as the basis.

3. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE SERVICE

The type of service purchased (video training, live virtual classroom, face-to-face training, or consultancy), its content, the sales price including all taxes, and the payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) are clearly shown to the BUYER on the checkout page. The BUYER acknowledges having reviewed this information in detail before confirming the order.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE METHOD

Digital training contents and video courses are automatically assigned to the user account created by the BUYER on thezem.com and made available for instant access upon successful completion of the payment. Live or face-to-face training/consultancy services scheduled for a specific date will be performed on the dates specified on the website and the invoice.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the electronic environment (digital training contents, videos, instantly accessed software) and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The BUYER accepts and declares that they know they will lose their right of withdrawal the moment they gain access to the digital contents or virtual systems.

6. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS (COMPETENT COURT)

The BUYER may submit their applications regarding complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place where they purchased the goods or services or where their residence is located, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey in December each year.
