Cancellation and Return Conditions / İptal, İade Şartları
CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY
Users (BUYER) who purchase services through Zem Akademi Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. (“thezem.com”) are subject to consumer rights legislation and the following conditions.
1. Non-Refundable Services (Video and Digital Content)
No refund or cancellation requests are accepted for all pre-recorded video trainings, e-books, and digital documents that are assigned to the account and to which the user is granted instant access after the purchase is completed and the payment is confirmed. Whether the content has been accessed or the video has been played is tracked via our system logs. No refund can be made from the moment the content is accessed through the system.
2. Cancellable Services (Future Live Training and Consultancy)
The following cancellation conditions apply to live virtual classroom training or face-to-face training/consultancy services scheduled for a specific date:
- If there are more than 7 days until the Training / Consultancy date: The BUYER can cancel their participation without providing any reason, and 100% of the paid fee will be refunded without deductions.
- If there are between 7 days and 48 hours until the Training / Consultancy date: In case of cancellation requests by the BUYER, administrative and operational deductions will be made, and 50% of the fee will be refunded, or their right will be transferred to the next training period.
- If there are less than 48 hours until the Training / Consultancy date or if the training has started: No cancellation or refund can be made.
3. Training/Course Exchange
For digital video training packages (provided that the package has not been accessed and the video has not been played in any way), you may request to exchange the course with a different equivalent course within the first 24 hours of purchase. For live trainings, requests for transferring the training or switching to a different training must be made via [email protected] up to 3 days before the training date at the latest. thezem.com management reserves the right to approve or reject the exchange request based on quota and availability.
4. Cancellations by thezem.com
Zem Akademi Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to cancel or postpone scheduled live trainings due to insufficient quota, instructor’s excuse, force majeure, or technical issues. In the event that the training is entirely canceled by thezem.com, all collected fees will be refunded to the BUYER 100% without deduction within 14 days.
5. Refund Process and Payment Method
For requests that comply with the cancellation and refund conditions, you must apply to [email protected] with your order number and registered e-mail address. Once your refund request is approved, the refund transaction will be forwarded to your bank by thezem.com within 3 business days. Depending on your bank’s procedures, it may take 3 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank account.
İPTAL, İADE ŞARTLARI
Zem Akademi Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. (“thezem.com”) üzerinden hizmet satın alan kullanıcılarımız (ALICI), tüketici hakları mevzuatına ve aşağıdaki şartlara tabidir.
1. İade Edilemeyen Hizmetler (Video ve Dijital İçerikler)
Satın alma işlemi tamamlandıktan ve ödeme onaylandıktan sonra hesaba tanımlanan, kullanıcıya anında erişim hakkı verilen tüm önceden kaydedilmiş video eğitimler, e-kitaplar ve dijital dökümanlar için iade veya iptal talebi kabul edilmemektedir. İçeriğe giriş yapılıp yapılmadığı veya videonun izlenip izlenmediği sistem loglarımızdan tespit edilmektedir. İçeriğe sistem üzerinden erişim sağlandığı andan itibaren ücret iadesi yapılamaz.
2. İptal Edilebilen Hizmetler (İleri Tarihli Canlı Eğitim ve Danışmanlık)
Belirli bir takvime bağlı olarak gerçekleştirilecek olan canlı sanal sınıf eğitimleri veya yüz yüze eğitim/danışmanlık hizmetlerinde aşağıdaki iptal koşulları geçerlidir:
- Eğitim / Danışmanlık tarihine 7 günden fazla süre varsa: ALICI, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin katılımını iptal edebilir ve ödediği ücretin %100’ü kesintisiz olarak iade edilir.
- Eğitim / Danışmanlık tarihine 7 gün ile 48 saat arası bir süre kalmışsa: ALICI’nın iptal taleplerinde idari ve operasyonel kesintiler yapılarak ücretin %50’si iade edilir veya hakkı bir sonraki eğitim dönemine devredilir.
- Eğitim / Danışmanlık tarihine 48 saatten az süre kalmışsa veya eğitim başlamışsa: Herhangi bir iptal ve iade işlemi yapılamaz.
3. Eğitim/Kurs Değişimi
Dijital video eğitim paketlerinde (eğer pakete hiçbir şekilde giriş yapılmamış ve video oynatılmamışsa) satın alma saatinden itibaren ilk 24 saat içinde, kursu farklı bir eşdeğer kurs ile değiştirme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Canlı eğitimlerde ise eğitim tarihine en geç 3 gün kalana kadar eğitim devri veya farklı bir eğitime geçiş talebi [email protected] üzerinden yapılmalıdır. thezem.com yönetimi, kontenjan ve uygunluk durumuna göre değişim talebini onaylama veya reddetme hakkını saklı tutar.
4. thezem.com Tarafından Yapılan İptaller
Zem Akademi Mühendislik Ltd. Şti., yeterli kontenjanın oluşmaması, eğitmenin mazereti, mücbir sebepler veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle planlanan canlı eğitimleri iptal etme veya erteleme hakkına sahiptir. Eğitimin thezem.com tarafından tamamen iptal edilmesi durumunda, tahsil edilen tüm ücretler ALICI’ya %100 kesintisiz ve 14 gün içerisinde iade edilir.
5. İade Süreci ve Geri Ödeme Şekli
İptal ve iade şartlarına uygun olan talepleriniz için [email protected] adresine sipariş numaranız ve kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz ile başvurmanız gerekmektedir. İade talebiniz onaylandığında, geri ödeme işlemi thezem.com tarafından 3 iş günü içerisinde bankanıza iletilir. İadenin kredi kartınıza veya banka hesabınıza yansıması bankanızın süreçlerine bağlı olarak 3 ila 14 iş günü sürebilmektedir.
